Kenjie Lazo Pelobello was born and lives in San Andres, Manila. He is the son of Mr. Marlo Pelobello and the late Mrs. Winnie Pelobello. In 2023, the Armiger became a fully professed member of the Franciscan Third Order.

Description and symbolism:

The Tau cross signifies the Armiger’s membership in the Secular Franciscan Order. The hands allude to his favorite Bible passage, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me” (Matthew 19:21). The red color symbolizes the Holy Spirit. The cross additionally refers to the Armiger’s birthplace, San Andres Bukid. During the Spanish colonial period, the area was awarded to members of the Franciscan Capuchin missionaries who converted the native population to Catholicism.

The heart aflame with a white circle and cross represents the Holy Eucharist, source of strength for the Armiger. It also alludes to the Order of Alliance of Two Hearts, the first Marian congregation to which the Armiger credits his faith.

The red and white star represents Mary, Help of Christians. Saint John Bosco, patron saint of magicians, was a devotee of Mary under this title; a star is amongst the prominent symbols of the Salesian congregation founded by the saint.

The yellow and white are colors commonly associated with the Roman Catholic Church.

The motto reflects the Armiger’s values and his mission in life.
