Design and symbolism:

The eagle is a common symbol of the Armiger’s place of residence, Davao City. In the escutcheon, the stars are a symbol of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Holy Patron to the Armiger. The lilies represent the purity offered to God, the Holy Trinity. To the Armiger, the color gold symbolizes simplicity, while blue stands for honesty, truth, strength and faith.
