Ronnie Macabare is a teacher who was born in Manila and grew up in Caloocan.
Description and symbolism:
Shield: The shield contains important elements related to his life and family. The two books symbolize his teaching profession, inscribed with the words “For God and Family” and the Alpha and Omega, all above a chevron representing his being a reservist in the Philippine army. The shield also includes symbols that reflect important places in his life. The three fish recall the City of Calbayog from which his clan originated, and the Monument of Gat Andres Bonifacio refers to the City of Caloocan where they settled and living place where he was shaped. The meaning of color is also important not only in the shield but throughout his coat of arms: blue for peace, yellow for appreciation and red representing courage.
Crest: The crest includes a swan feeding her chicks, which honor the care and affection from the armiger’s grandmother and others for which he is grateful. The helm and mantling together represent protection and peace, to be passed on to the next generation of the Ortiz-Macabare clan.
Blazon: Azure, on a chevron Gules fimbriated Or three fishes, between in chief two open books inscribed Sable to dexter “Nam et Domesticos”, to sinister an Alpha and Omega, and in base the Monument of Gat Andres Bonifacio, all Or.
