
Matthew Pajares Yngson is a commercial diplomat and cultural ambassador from Pasig and the Commonwealth of Dominica. He is the Representative Councillor of the Caribbean ASEAN Council and the Executive Director and Envoy for Diplomatic Affairs of the Eastern Caribbean-Southeast Asia Chamber. The armiger is a Knight Commander of the Order of the Knights of Rizal.
Description and symbolism: The arms is a representation of the armiger’s dual Philippine and Dominican citizenship. The colors of the piles are taken from their respective flags. The countries, which are both tropical islands, are symbolized by the sun and the palm tree. The shaking hands represent the important diplomatic work done by the armiger, both as a commercial diplomat and a cultural ambassador. The kalis showcases his deep respect and service for the royal heritage of Sultanates in the Southern Philippines and monarchism in general. A medal of the Knights of Rizal is attached for his patriotic ideals following the teachings of the Philippine national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.
