Rodrigo de Vivero y Aberrucia was Captain General of the Philippine Islands and Nueva Vizcaya. He was made Conde del Valle de Orizaba on March 29, 1627.

Description and symbolism: Or, three nettles of seven leaves vert above three boulders proper, in base barry wavy azure and argent.
