Paolo Carlo Calanog

Paolo Carlo Calanog is an entrepreneur, born in Pasay City and living in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. He descends from the Dela Cruz family of Pasig and the Calanog family of Batangas.

Description and symbolism:

The sun with eight primary rays signifies the eight offspring of the De Villa-Calanog family. The three fleurs de lis refer to the three children of the Armiger’s parents. The cross is canting to the Dela Cruz family, the Armiger’s maternal lineage, while the two swords refer to his readiness to defend what is right.

In the crest, the griffin is symbolic of leadership: being part eagle and part lion, the griffin refers to the Armiger’s leadership role in the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles.
