Roi Andrei Hernandez is a Visual Arts student at the Regional Lead School for the Arts in Angono, Rizal. He is the third child of Julius and Aileen Hernandez of Binangonan, Rizal. The armiger is a member of the Social Communication Ministry of St Bernard of Clairvaux, the Ecclesiastical Section of the Filipino Heraldry Society and the heraldic artist of Nuestra Señora de Guia Ecclesiastical Designs.
