Miko Callao Ledesma

Miko Callao Ledesma was born and lives in Iloilo City, and is a descendant of Don Simon Ledesma.

Description and symbolism:

The bordure represents the protection of God; the crescents are a symbol of action.

The “X” is an allusion to the Armiger’s strength of faith and readiness to be martyred.

The eagle is a symbol of vision, while the fleurs de lis refer to growth.

To the Armiger, blue represents angelic zeal.

Blazon: Shield: Per saltire Azure and Argent, in pale two eagles displayed Argent, in fess two fleurs de lis Azure, all within a bordure Azure charged with three crescents Argent.

Motto: Ad majorem Dei gloriam (“For the greater glory of God”).
