The boar is a symbol of ferocity, while the sun represents glory and power. The fleurs de lis refer to guidance from the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The colors are in honor of the Armiger’s ancestors: gold recalls their virtue and strength, and red the blood spilled for future generations.
