Vincent Angelo V. Combalicer was born to a family that values education, faith, and hard work, in Lucena City, Quezon. He now lives in Tayabas City, Quezon.

The Armiger’s father graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from De La Salle Araneta University in Malabon; his mother completed a vocational course in Secretarial Studies at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City.

The Armiger is the third of four brothers. He studied kindergarten, elementary, and high school at Maryhill College, where he also joined the track and field team. The Armiger then pursued a maritime career and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Marine Transportation from Interglobal College Foundation, Inc.

The Armiger’s family were active members of Kids for Christ and Youth for Christ during their younger years, while his parents have long been dedicated members of Couples for Christ. These experiences helped the family grow in faith and values. Today, the family pursues their chosen professions, guided by discipline, perseverance, and the strong support from each other.

Description and symbolism:

The black field, wheat sheaf and shepherd’s crooks allude to the surname Combalicer, which may trace to the medieval word “combar,” suggesting farmer or pastoral worker.

The four fleurs-de-lis refer to the number of children in the household, while the waves recall the Armiger’s maritime career pursuits.

At the base of the shield the coconut tree and cross signify the Armiger’s place of residence, with the cross further representing Tayabas as the Mother Church of Quezon.

The crest combines symbols of the professions of the Armiger’s parents: the staff of Aesculapius represents his father’s vocation as a veterinarian, while the secretary bird symbolizes his mother’s career.
