Ailreb Tantiongco Belleza was born in Antipolo City, Rizal and lives in Teresa, Rizal. He is the son of Bernard S. D. Belleza and Aleli C. Tantiongco, and is a lay Catholic Apologist, a member of the Passionist Laity and the Archconfraternity of the Holy Face.

The symbol in chief consists of a Chinese handheld fan, representing the Armiger’s middle name Tantiongco and his Chinese heritage. The Sampaguita reflects his family name Belleza, which means “beauty,” and his Filipino heritage.

In the base is a black heart shape, symbolizing the Armiger’s charism as a lay Passionist. The heart is surmounted by a red cross, a reminder of the suffering love shown by Jesus on the Cross. Within the heart are three nails, representing those used to fix Jesus to the Cross. They serve as a constant reminder of His holy wounds.

The indented complex line alludes to the mountains of Antipolo City, while the tipolo leaves represent the Armiger’s devotion to Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage.

The outer white border symbolizes the Armiger’s devotion to the Holy Face of Jesus as reflected in the Veil of Veronica. The five crosses symbolize His wounds while the sanguine color represents the blood of Christ.

The motto is a common devotional.
