Kieron Nate S. Presbitero was born and lives in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. He is a college student and devout Catholic.

Description and symbolism:

To the Armiger, blue symbolizes loyalty, faith and truth; red, courage; and the white chevron, protection.

The demi-sun represents glory, illumination, hope and enlightenment, and implies rising light or emerging truth.

The open book is a symbol of learning and divine wisdom.

The Alpha and Omega refer to God as the beginning and the end (Revelation 22:13), a powerful theological symbol of eternity and divine completeness.

The wings represent freedom, divine guidance and spiritual elevation.

The motto expresses a foundational belief in universal equality, suggesting justice and fairness as core values. The motto provides a modern ethical compass rooted in human dignity.
