
Emmanuel Ryan Pacia Francisco was born in Manila and lives in Baliwag City, Bulacan. He is the eldest son of Professor Rosario Pacia Francisco, a native of Makinabang, Baliuag, Bulacan and Engr. Ronie Sulam Francisco, a native of Sta. Ana, Estancia, Iloilo. He is a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Professional Teacher and a Registered Social Worker. His passion lies in serving the poor, neglected and vulnerable sectors of his community. He is currently a Court Social Worker, where he helps ensure that justice is delivered to all.
His first name, Emmanuel, is derived from the Holy Scriptures – specifically from the Old Testament (Isaiah 7:14) and the New Testament (Matthew 1:23). Both passages refer to the name “Immanuel,” which means “God is with us.” His second name, Ryan, has Irish origins and means “Little King.”
