Description and symbolism:

The trefoil is a common symbol of the Holy Trinity and represents the Armiger’s devotion, as well as a reminder to the Armiger of the three theological virtues: faith, hope and love. It further alludes to the three given names of the Armiger. The patterned design of the trefoil is drawn from the coat of arms of the Diocese of Malaybalay, to which the Armiger belongs. The pattern is an indigenous reference to the seven tribes of Bukidnon, the hometown of the Armiger’s family and the Province of Bukidnon.

The red circle refers to the blood of Christ and the Holy Eucharist, the source of spirituality of the Armiger being an altar server. It also alludes to his heavenly patron, St. Tarciscius of Rome, martyr and patron of altar servers. It further symbolizes the Armiger’s love, passion, willingness, courage, and strength.

The color blue refers to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Immaculate Conception, the patroness of the Parish and to whom the Armiger has a deep devotion. The gold alludes to the Archangel Gabriel, canting to the Armiger’s given name.

The motto is drawn from Psalm 23.

Blazon: Shield: Chequy Or and Azure, a torteau fimbriated Or charged with three annulets interlaced Sable in the style of the Talaandig, Higaonon, Bukidnon, Umayamnon, Matigsalug, Manolo and Tigwahanon.
